Looking to get Burble or Performance Tune for your N62 powered BMW? Here is all the information you need to know!
Things you need to have on your end:
Windows Based Laptop (Windows 7 is preferred)
Car Battery Charger (Stronger is better)
Flasher tool
Flasher Tool:
there are lots of different tools available on the market such as: KESS, Ktag, Trasdata, New Genius, Flex, MagPro, CMD etc
whenever customers ask for budget option we recommned to get chinese clone version of KESS V2 5.017 (you can source any other tool, it is totally up to you)
this is proven to work tool But keep in mind it is still chinese clone device and can bring surprises with it so we are NOT responsible if you get in trouble with it!
we can NOT provide exact link for device but just look on Ebay for it, just type in search: KESS V2 5.017
average cost for device is 70$-110$
once you get tool (KESS V2) you are ready to proceed with Burble Tune or Performance Tune
Process is very simple,
Install drivers and ksuite software on your laptop
Connect KESS to OBD2 port
Attach battery charger to your car
Turn on ignition
Run Ksuite software and select your car in list, click Identify and wait for it to give identification information, once you get it save ID file on desktop, then click Read in order to read stock flash from Engine Control Unit.
Reaing takes around 1 hour, so be ready for that!
Make sure that Headlights, AC, Heater, Audio everything is OFF!
Once you are done with reading, save stock flash on a desktop and email it with ID file to us at: sales@geptuned.com
We will apply modifications to your file and once payment clears we will send a file back to you within 48 hours that you are gonna write to the car.

350$ for performance tune (when we do it remotely!)
Please note that price does NOT include Flasher tool this is something that you have to source on your own!

Side notes before you place order:
1) For a burble tune we recommend to have catless exhaust!
2) Product is for offroad use only!
3) It is completely your responsibility and you take it at your own risk if something ever goes wrong some day with a car for any reason.
4) we take 0 responsibility if you get in trouble with police or with neighbors
5) Burble tune does not hurt engine unless you keep popping / bagning continiously without giving engine some rest. (like Engine rev limiter, it is there and not harmful for engine right? but if u keep hitting rev limiter for a long you may end up damaging your engine, same here! modern cars come with burble tune from factory!)
6) If you want to see some flames you need to have catless exhaust and free flow muffler delete exhaust! ALL CATS (primaries and secondaries) should be removed!
7) N62 Burble tune does not gain any power it is for decel pop sound only!
8) If you would like to get N62 Burble and N62 Performance together you simply order them both and we will apply both to your current flash.
9) Burble tune can be applied to your current Performance tune from other shop.
10) We support any car, any ECU whichever you can read / write so if your car is not listed on our website dont think twice, send us message we will take care of it! 11) Burble sound will differ from car to car, from exhaust to exhaust, we adjust settings for each car individually according to what customer is looking for!
